By commissioning me for custom Fursuit, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERSI reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled and/or refunded if it occurs.

II. PAYMENT & FEESPayment is due in full upfront, but I can also do partial payments!Payment is done through PayPal using EURO. (Or bank transfer)A complexity fee will be added if the design of the commission is too complex.

III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONSProvide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.Respond in a timely fashion.Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your fursuit to your full satisfaction.Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONSFor non custom commissions, you are required to provide a non shaded reference of your character. If you don't have a full reference sheet, just a unshaded image that you think accurately depicts your character is fine. Providing a shaded reference image/ref sheet will by default increase the price of the commission.If you don't have a visual reference of your character, I no longer take art commissions so, commission another artist for it!If there are errors on your reference image/ ref sheet, or it is a shaded reference image/ ref sheet, and I have to make changes because of those errors or because the shading obstructs the colours/markings, it will be YOUR responsibility to pay for me to fix those errors.
You also have to let me know if you want anything changed else I won't know.

IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULEI will send over a WIPs for approval before continuing the commission.I will show WIPs throughout the commission process.I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICYI, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork. Unless asked otherwise.Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.You can credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:Claim the fursuit as yours.Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to AI.

VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSOnce the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.You may only cancel the commission If I haven't started it, otherwise I will do a partial refund.I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the fursuit.Every fursuit I make is payed upfront or by payment plans once I START! So no payment before hand.

VIII. WHAT YOU RECEIVEYou will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process:A fursuit/Partial/fullsuit.
